MapleMCP Support
MapleMCP is in free public beta. Support is provided on a best-effort basis for setup, device enrollment, authentication, tool failures, privacy requests, security reports, and beta bug reports. There is no uptime or response-time SLA during the beta.

Email [email protected] with the subject "MapleMCP Support". For product bugs, use the subject "MapleMCP Beta Bug".
Include
- The email address associated with your MapleMCP account.
- The affected device name or label.
- The approximate date and time of the problem.
- The tool name and non-sensitive error text.
- Steps that reproduce the issue, if known.
Do not send secrets. Never include passwords, OAuth tokens, enrollment credentials, private keys, API keys, or unrelated file contents in a support request.
Signed-in diagnostic report
If you have a MapleMCP account, prepare a safe diagnostic report before emailing support. It automatically includes versions, connection state, policy state, and server revisions while excluding commands, file contents, tokens, and credentials.
Beta bug reports
Please report crashes, failed enrollment, reconnect loops, tool errors, installer/updater problems, incorrect device state, or behaviour that differs from the documented permissions. Helpful reports include the affected device label, operating system, MapleMCP version, approximate time, tool name, non-sensitive error text, and reproducible steps.
Bug reports should be safe to share. Do not attach secrets, authentication tokens, private keys, passwords, API credentials, or unrelated file contents. If diagnostic material may contain sensitive information, describe the problem first and wait for support instructions.
Security reports
If you believe you found a security vulnerability, use the same contact address with the subject "MapleMCP Security". Include enough information to reproduce the issue without accessing other users' data or disrupting the service. Please do not publish credentials, personal information, or active exploit details while we investigate.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or privacy complaints, use the subject "MapleMCP Privacy". We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Permissions and Android control
See Permissions & Control Levels for what Basic, Connected, and Advanced Control enable. If an Android action is requested while the phone is locked, Android may accept the action but delay showing the destination app until the phone is unlocked. MapleMCP does not bypass the lock screen.
Service status
Because MapleMCP is in early beta, brief maintenance interruptions may occur. If a planned change requires users to reconnect, reinstall, or move to a new domain, affected users will be notified before the change where reasonably practical.
Support does not require or expect access to unrelated files on your enrolled computers.
